Sunday, March 24 – PALM SUNDAY, 10 AM
Children will enter waving palms, play the chimes, and sing with choir. Children’s Bibles will be presented during worship. Children’s Easter Egg Hunt after worship.
Thursday, March 28 – MAUNDY THURSDAY, 7 PM
Soup and bread in Fellowship Hall at 6pm, scripture readings and communion, and then exit to sanctuary for the Way of the Cross drama
Friday, March 29 – GOOD FRIDAY, 7 PM
We have been invited to join Marcus Whitman in their new sanctuary for the Good Friday service. The address is 2130 S. 248th Street, Des Moines, 98198.
Sunday, March 31 – EASTER SUNRISE SERVICE, 7:30 AM
Our annual Sunrise Service is at the Normandy Park Cove, 1500 S.W. Shorebrook Drive. Bring your neighbors and friends to join us in the celebration of our Risen Lord. There will be guitar music by our Agape Team and more joyous singing with Edie Martin. After the service, stay and enjoy a potluck breakfast.
Sunday, March 31 – EASTER SERVICE, 10 AM
Worship at Southminster with communion.
